    CIMB Portfolio Financing

CIMB Portfolio Financing is a revolving line of credit that lets you withdraw funds against collaterals such as shares and stocks, unit trusts, fixed deposits, and structured deposits. Since this loan has a low interest rate, you can use it on an investment instrument that earns high interest, thereby yielding high returns.

CIMB Portfolio Financing Features and Benefits to Consider

    • Competitive interest rates: Based on your preferred currency, you can enjoy preferential interest rates that are pegged to the current Singapore Interbank Offered Rate (SIBOR) or London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR).
    • High loan-to-value ratio: The loan-to-value ratio is as high as 100% of the value of the collateral you have pledged. Hence, you can receive a high loan amount against a high value asset.
    • No processing fee: The principal amount automatically rolls over when CIMB receives the monthly instalments. Hence, you are not required to pay a processing fee or an annual fee.
    • Refinancing other loans: Use this loan to refinance your high-interest bearing loans to save on interest cost.
