In order to be eligible for this plan, your maid needs to be approved by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower.

You can make a claim online by submitting it at www.chubbclaims-dbs.com.sg. You can also choose to contact the customer service hotline, where they will assist you in filing a claim.
You can choose to cancel this plan within 14 days of the commencement date. You can inform the company about the cancellation by writing to them. You are entitled to receive a refund of the premium paid for that period, with a minimum charge of S$50.
Q. Can I increase the insurance cover for my maid?
A. Yes, you can increase the insurance cover for your maid. This policy allows you to purchase an optional cover, at a slightly higher premium rate.
Q. What if my maid gets hospitalised?
A. If your maid is hospitalised, you are entitled to a daily pay-out for a period not exceeding 30 days.
Q. What happens if my maid quits due to illness or I terminate the employment?
A. In case of termination of maid services due to illness or accident, you are entitled to a reimbursement of the agency fees required to hire a new maid. This reimbursement is capped at S$500. The replacement maid should be employed within 90 days of the termination of the previous maid.
