    HSBC Premier MasterCard Credit Card:

    • The credit card is extremely affordable as it comes with a perpetual annual fee waiver.
    • The card is a cash rebate card as well as a rewards card. It offers cash rebates on a wide variety of expenses and earns 1 reward point for every S$1 charged to the card.

    • The card is a cashback card and gives a flat rate of cashback on all expenses charged to the card. The rate of cashback offered is dependent on the monthly spend charged to the card.
    • The card offers a cashback of 1.5% on all expenses charged to the card when the monthly spend charged to the card is below S$2,000.

    HSBC Dining Cards Interest Rates

    HSBC charges an interest rate of 25.9% p.a. on all credit cards subject to a minimum interest fee of S$2.5 each month. The interest rate on the credit card is calculated starting from the date the transaction was made and until the full payment is received by HSBC. HSBC credit cards provide you with an interest-free period on expenses charged to your card. The interest-free period on your transactions is 20 calendar days starting from your statement date. Interest-free periods are only applicable when the full outstanding amount owed on the card is paid in full.

    Application criterion:

    • HSBC Premier MasterCard Credit Card - Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
    • HSBC Advance Credit Card - Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
    • HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card - Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.

    Age criterion:

    • Minimum age for principal cardholders for HSBC Premier MasterCard Credit Card, HSBC Advance Credit Card, and the HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card is 21 years.

    Income criterion:

    • Identification documents such as copy of both front and back of NRIC, Passport, etc.
    • A copy of the latest Notice of Assessment dating back at least 2 years.

    Documents to be submitted by foreign applicants for principal credit card applications:

    • Identification documents such as copy of both front and back of NRIC, Passport, etc.
    • A copy of the employment pass having a validity of at least 6 months at the time of applying for the card.
    • Copy of the computerised payslips dating back at least 3 months.

    Documents to be submitted for supplementary credit card applications:

    • Identification documents such as copy of both front and back of NRIC, Passport, etc.
    • Latest original bank statement or telephone bill to serve as address proof in case the current residential address is different than the one printed on the NRIC.
    • Foreigners additionally must submit documents such as Work Permit, Dependent Pass, Employment Pass, Long Term Visit Pass, and Student Pass etc. having a minimum validity period of 6 months at the time of application.
