    The cash advance fee for the cards is minimum $15 (USD or SGD depending on the card) or 5 percent of the transaction amount. For example, if you withdraw $200, the cash advance fee will be $15, whereas if you withdraw $400 the fee will be $20. In all the scenarios and for all HSBC credit cards, the interest rate charged for cash advances will be 26.5 percent.

    If you use your card for transactions in foreign currencies, you will be charged an additional fee for those transactions. For example, if you complete a transaction of 1000 Euros with any of the HSBC credit cards, you will need to pay a fee of 15 Euros (i.e. 1.5 percent of the transaction amount).

    If you do not make your monthly payment on time i.e. within the due date, you will need to pay a late payment fee of $55 (USD or SGD depending on the card).

    The credit limit fee for HSBC cards is $40 (USD or SGD depending on the card). For example, the credit limit of your card is S$5000 and you end up spending $5000 with your card. Then, a fee or interest charge takes the outstanding balance of your card to more than $5000. In such a scenario, you will need to pay a over limit fee of S40.

    HSBC provides you with the facility of transferring balances of your credit cards or credit lines with other banks to your HSBC credit card account. You will be offered with an attractive interest rate on the transferred amount.

      HSBC Holdings Plc has started private banking division in Australia in order to widen its operations in the Asia-Pacific region. The bank has started this section to provide private banking services to its Australian customers. This offer is valid till 15th January, 2017, and the customer will have to spend a minimum of S$10 on each transaction.

      Customers can utilise Apple Pay at many places such as Starbucks, TopShop, Uniqlo, NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, Shaw Theatres, and more.

      To use Apple Pay, you should first sign up with your credit card details in the app. You can scan your card for this step.       HSBC Bank has revised their Cash Advance Fee interest rates where the new interest rates will take effect from January 8th, 2016.
