There are two reward programmes offered on the UOB One Card – the cash rebates and the UOB SMART$ rebates. The details of these programmes are given below:
Quarterly Cash Rebate programme:
The Quarterly Cash Rebate is awarded in tiers, which are determined according to the amount you spend.
Spend between S$500 and S$999 per month to qualify for tier 1.
Spend between S$1,000 and S$1,999 per month to qualify for tier 2.
Spend S$2,000 or more to qualify for tier 3.
Get a cashback of up to S$50, S$100 and S$300 every quarter for tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 respectively.
Make at least 5 transactions in a month to earn the rebates.
You can earn rebates only if you meet the qualifying spend parameter every month in a quarter. The total rebates earned will be credited to your account at the end of the quarter.
Get rebates in the following order ONLY for the first quarter of the year after you get your card:
One-third of the rebate amount for spending the required amount in one out of three months.
Two-third of the rebate amount for spending the required amount in two out of three months.
Exchange of Quarterly Cash Rebate for gifts or cash isn’t allowed. This offer can’t be clubbed with any other offer.
The validity of the Quarterly Cash Rebate is two years from the time the rebate was credited.

SMART$ rebates earned can be used to offset the purchases made at these places.
SMART$ rebates are dependent on how much discount the merchant is giving. For example, if Cold Storage is giving 2% SMART$ rebate, then what you earn as SMART$ is 2% of the amount you spend at the store. If you spend S$500, you’ll get a SMART$ rebate worth S$10. [SMART$1=S$1]
The SMART$ rebates earned on principal and supplementary cards are treated separately and cannot be combined to offset a purchase.
SMART$ are valid for six months from their date of issue.

Convert purchases into small monthly instalments with UOB SmartPay, a 0% instalment payment plan (IPP).
The tenures over which you can split the purchases are: 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.
The terms and conditions of the instalment payment plan are:
Interest won’t be charged only if you pay the monthly instalments on time.
A one-time processing fee will be levied. It is:
3% for 3- and 6-month plans.
5% on the 12-month plan.
The effective interest rate is:
18.18% p.a. for the 3-month tenure.
10.43% p.a. for the 6-month tenure.
9.5% p.a. for the 12-month tenure.
You have to pay S$100 as administrative fee if you cancel or terminate your credit card. Any dues will also have to be settled.
It is fully up to the bank’s discretion to decide whether to allow transfer of instalment payment funds from one account to another.
Cash Withdrawal on the Credit Card
You can withdraw up to 75% of your available credit limit.
The minimum amount that can be withdrawn via ATM, SMS or Phone Banking is S$200 a day.
The maximum that can be withdrawn is S$3,000 from a UOB ATM.
Interest will be charged from the day of transaction to the day of full settlement.

You have cooperated with the bank throughout the investigation.
