    For overseas use, it’s necessary to enable the magnetic stripe on this credit card. You can do it in any of the following ways:

    • Download the card activation form, fill it up, and mail it to the bank.

    Instalment Payment Plans Available

    • Convert a big-ticket purchase into small and manageable monthly installments with the Lady’s LuxePay Plan, an instalment payment plan offered by UOB.
    • Spread your payment over 6 or 12 equal monthly instalments.
    • No interest will be charged if you settle your monthly instalments in full.
    • Make a minimum purchase of S$500 to qualify for the plan.
    • This plan will be applicable on all your online, local, and overseas spends.
    • Make sure that your card account is in good standing at the time of application.
    • An administrative fee of S$100 will be charged in cases involving early repayment of the cancellation of the plan.

    Cash Withdrawal on the Credit Card

    • Withdraw cash up to 75% of your available credit limit with your card.
    • Minimum amount per withdrawal stands at S$200 a day.
    • Maximum amount per withdrawal stands at S$3,000 a day.

    Lost/Stolen cards

    In case you lost your card or it was stolen, you must:

    • Notify the bank as soon as possible by calling the bank’s hotline.

    Your liability for unauthorised transactions made on the card will be limited to S$100 if:

    • It has been established that you were not involved in the fraud.
    • You didn’t act negligently.

    GIRO or Bill Pay Service

    Use the GIRO form available on the bank’s website to set up automatic card payment arrangement.     How Much Is the Minimum Payment to Be Made on the Card?

    The least amount you should pay every month would be 3% of the current statement balance, subject to a minimum of S$50. Additionally, you will have to pay any amount due from the previous statements and any amount which you might have borrowed in excess of your card limit.

    What Is the Grace Period?

    21 days

    You get a grace (interest-free) period of a maximum of 21 days, starting from the date of the statement. This is subject to you making complete payment of your previous bill.
