    Earn Rewards

    • Under the Standard Chartered 360° Rewards programme, you will earn 1 point for every S$1 spent, locally or overseas. With this card, you can earn additional points as follows:
      • Earn an additional 9 rewards points per S$1 spent overseas on qualifying dining, shopping, and travel transactions, made in a foreign currency.
      • Earn an additional 4 rewards points for every S$1 spent locally on qualifying dining transactions.
    • There is no minimum spend requirement to earn the additional rewards points.
    • The maximum additional rewards points you can earn in a year are 20,000 rewards points. After this cap is reached, you will earn 1 point per dollar for all transactions.

    Redeem Rewards

    • The rewards points earned under the 360° Rewards Points programme can be redeemed for shopping vouchers, cash rewards, or air miles. You can also redeem these points to offset full or partial annual fee of your card.
    • Processing of your redemption request will take about 5-7 business days.
    • If you choose to redeem your points for cash rewards, the amount will be credited directly to your card account within seven working days.
    • If you choose to redeem your points for shopping vouchers, the vouchers issued will be in the name of the principal cardholder.
    • If you wish to redeem your points for air miles, you get the option to choose from two mileage transfer programmes: Asia Miles Programme and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Programme.
      • While Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Programme doesn’t require any annual enrolment fee, the Asia Miles Programme will require an annual enrolment fee of S$20.
      • For every 5 points, you will get 2 air miles, regardless of the mileage transfer programme you choose.
      • Every mile transfer must be in blocks of 2,500 points. Also, for each conversion, you will be charged a fee of S$25.

    Activate the Card for Overseas Use

    You will have to get your card activated before you can use it overseas. This is applicable for overseas merchants who only take the magnetic stripe and not the EMV chip technology. You can get it activated either through the bank’s website or by sending an SMS. Once you return to Singapore, you can get it deactivated again.

    Instalment Payment Plans


    • Convert your purchases into interest-free instalments of 6 or 12 months.
    • The transaction must be worth at least S$500 to be eligible for this plan.
    • A one-time processing fee of 5% will be applicable.
    • Apply for EasyPay through online banking or through 24-hour phone banking service.

    0% Interest Instalment Plan

    • Convert your purchases into interest-free instalments of up to 36 months.
    • This plan applies to purchases made only at participating merchants.
    • You will continue to earn your 360° Rewards Points for all the transactions made under this plan.
    • To apply for the plan, you will have to just inform the merchant while making the purchase.

    Cash Withdrawal Limits

    Lost/Stolen Card Liability

    In case your card is lost/stolen, you must notify the bank immediately. You can report the incident by calling the bank’s 24-hour hotline.

    Once you have reported the incident to the bank, your liability for any unauthorised transactions will be limited to S$100. However, you will have to prove that you took all possible steps to ensure the safety of the card. Otherwise you will be asked to bear the entire responsibility of the expenses made on the card.
