    Activating the Card for Overseas Use

    Yes, you will have to activate the card before you can use it overseas for making retail purchases at magnetic stripe reading terminals.     Cash Withdrawn on Credit Card

    You can withdraw any amount up to your available credit limit at POSB/DBS ATMs, iBanking, phone banking, or by visiting any POSB/DBS branch. The maximum amount you are allowed to withdraw from DBS/POSB ATMs is S$3,000 per day.

    Lost/Stolen Cards

    • Contact the bank and report the incident immediately upon discovering the loss or theft of your card.
    • You can notify the bank by calling the bank’s 24-hour customer service helpline.
    • You can also block your card online and subsequently, place a request for a replacement card.
    • In case of any fraudulent charges to your card, your maximum liability will be S$100. However, you must convince the bank that you have not acted negligently in ensuring your card’s safety.

    How Much is the Minimum Payment to Be Made on the Card

    3% of Satement Balance or S$50

    3% of the statement balance or S$50, (the greater among the two) in addition to any amount that is overdue or exceeds the credit limit, is what you have to pay every month to prevent defaults on the account.
