    Activating the Card for Overseas Use?

    • Yes, it is mandatory to activate the magnetic stripe on the back of your card.

    Cash Withdrawn on Credit Card

    • Up to S$20,000 can be withdrawn in a day from an ATM with this card.
    • The limit for overseas and local withdrawal is S$1,000 subject to a maximum of 70% of your available credit limit.

    Cash can be withdrawn from:

    • Any OCBC ATM if you’re in Singapore.
    • Any ATM that has a Mastercard or a Visa logo if you’re outside Singapore.

    Card Is Lost/Stolen

    • Inform the bank of the incident by calling the customer service helpline.
