    Earn Cash Back Rewards

    • Earned cashback will be credited within 30 working days from the end of each month.
    • Cashback earned by the supplementary cardholder will be credited to the account of the principal cardholder.
    • Cashback earned can be used to offset any purchases made in SGD in the subsequent month.
    • Up to S$60 can be earned in cashback every month.

    Activating Your Card for Overseas Use

    • Yes, the magnetic stripe on your card has to be activated if you wish to use it for POS transactions overseas.
    • Activate the magnetic stripe for overseas use by:
      • Calling ICBC’s hotline.
      • Using their internet banking facility.
    • Use the same methods as mentioned above to deactivate the feature as soon as your return to Singapore. This will guarantee better data protection and reduce chances of misuse.

    Instalment Payment plans

    • Convert your high-value purchases into affordable monthly instalments.
    • No interest will be charged if you make full payments at the end of each month.
    • Spread your payment over periods starting 3 months and going up to 24 months.
    • A one-time processing fee will be charged.
    • The effective rate of interest (EIR) is:
      • 1.80% p.a. for a 3-month tenure.
      • 5.55% p.a. for a 24-month tenure.
    • The minimum value of your purchase has to be S$500 if you wish to opt for this plan.

    Lost/Stolen Cards

    • Notify the bank by calling their 24-hour Hotline.
    • File a police report and submit a copy of the same to the bank.
    • Provide a written confirmation of the incident along with any other document asked for to the bank.
    • Your liability for unauthorised transactions charged to your card is limited to S$100 if:
      • You weren’t involved in the fraud.
      • You weren’t grossly negligent.
      • You had informed the bank of the incident within a reasonable period from the time of its occurrence.
      • You were found compliant with the bank’s regulations.
      • You were found cooperative during the bank’s investigation.

    How Much Is the Minimum Payment to Be Made on the Card?

    3% of the Statement Balance or Min S$50

    The minimum monthly payment is 3% of the amount due, subject to at least S$50. If you have used more than the credit limit available or you have pending dues, you must pay off charges of those too.

    What Is the Grace Period?

    25 Days

    If you have paid the previous bills, you will get a grace period of 25 days from the time you receive your monthly statement.

    How to Reset the PIN?

    To reset the PIN of your card, you must download the credit card instruction form, fill it up and send it to the bank.

    What Is the Billing Cycle and Bill Due Date?

    1 Month

    The billing cycle is calculated as the time between two statements. The bank usually fixes the date to send the statement to you. The due date of the bill is mentioned in the monthly statement.

    How to Get a Replacement Card?

    • In case of loss/theft/damage/misuse/expiry of your card the bank may, at its discretion, provide you with another card.
    • The bank will charge a fee for the replacement.
    • Complete the details in the instruction form, including the reason for replacement and send it to the bank.

    How to Temporarily Increase the Limit of the Card?

    Fill Form and Submit Through Email/Fax/Post

    Download the limit adjustment application form, fill in the details and submit it to the bank. You will have to provide an explanation for the temporary increase in the credit limit.
