Under Singapore regulatory policy, your liability on a lost or stolen card is limited only up to S$100. This payment is required only if you haven’t managed to report the loss of card to the bank immediately. As soon as you discover that your credit card is missing from your person, call the Citibank 24-hour phone banking service and report the loss.
