    This credit card is specially crafted to suit the spending needs of the daily shopper. As you shop at various avenues, simply charge your expenses to this card and get rewarded for doing so. It gives you a basic QMoney Rebate of up to 3% if you spend at least S$300 a month on it. However, if your monthly spends are at least S$600 or more, you can get up to 20% QMoney Rebates, helping you earn as much as S$960 every year in terms of rewards alone. Earn as you spend and get rewarded for spending on your most favourite purchases. We don’t think it gets any better than this.

    The BOC Qoo10 World Mastercard gives you supercharged rebates when you spend at least S$600 per month on it. For every billing cycle during which you spend this minimum amount, you stand to get a 20% rebate on public transport expenses such as MRT and bus fares, 10% rebate on purchases made at Qoo10, 5% on selected categories of spends which include online shopping, transport (taxi rides including Grab), entertainment spends at movies, karaoke, pubs, clubs, and overseas transactions. Every other spend that is not covered under these reward rates will get you a rebate rate of 0.3%.  If you don’t spend the required minimum of S$600 but spend at least S$300 every month, you are eligible for basic rebate rates which include a 3% rebate on Qoo10 transactions and a 0.3% rebate on all other purchases.

    Ever heard of any card giving you unlimited rebates? That’s precisely what you get on overseas spends when you use this card to pay for them. The card has a normal rebate cap every month, meaning you can accumulate up to S$80 in rebates each month.     Redeem Rebates

    • Rebate is offered in the form of Qmoney, which is Qoo10’s virtual currency. Qmoney can be used by registered users to offset value of purchases at Qoo10.

    Activating the Card for Overseas Use

    • The magnetic strip and withdrawal features of your card have to be activated for overseas use.
    • Most overseas retailers still use magnetic-strip compliant payment terminals. You may not be able to swipe your EMV card at retail terminals if you don’t activate the magnetic strip specifically for overseas transactions.
    • Call the 24-hour dedicated customer service hotline to activate your card for overseas use.
    • Don’t forget to deactivate the magnetic strip of your card on returning to Singapore.
    • Your card can be used immediately after it is successfully activated.

    Instalment Payment Plans

    0% Interest Instalment Payment Plan

    • Purchase conveniently with BOC 0% Interest Instalment Payment Plan.
    • This plan can be activated on making purchases worth S$500 or more from a designated merchant.
    • Spread your high-value purchases at no additional cost over 6 months, 12 months, 24 months or 36 months as per your convenience and availability at your preferred merchant.
    • An amount equivalent to the purchase value of your card will be deducted from your credit limit initially. It will be progressively restored as and when you make instalment payments.
    • The instalment amount or tenure or the plan, once selected, can’t be changed.
    • A fee of S$150 will be charged for early redemption of the plan.
    • If you terminate the plan prematurely or it is terminated by the bank, you’ll have to settle the outstanding balance in full.

    • Cash can be withdrawn with your card any time you want.

    Lost or Stolen

    To set up auto debit instructions for settling your monthly card bills, here are the things you need to know:

    • Use the bill payment feature of your online banking service.
    • Enjoy the convenience of making an instantaneous payment or schedule a future payment.
    • Make sure that the scheduled date is at least 3 days before the bill due date.
    • You can set up instructions for a future payment up to a maximum of 30 days in advance of the due date. You can also cancel the instructions, if needed, up to 1 business day before the scheduled payment.
    • Your payment transactions can be viewed through your personal internet account.
    • To set up standing instructions, you need to know the following:

    • Add the billing organisation to the list of payees. You’ll have to do it just once using your personal internet banking login.
