    Citibank offers its customers an array of options for making credit card payments, both online as well as offline.

    You can make credit card bill payments through the following options:

    FAST – Fast and Secure Transfers - FAST or Fast and Secure Transfers is a new service offered by Citibank that allows you to instantly transfer funds to any account or even pull cash to make payments on your credit card, 24/7. You can use the FAST service anywhere across Singapore.

    Making funds transfers through FAST to make credit card payments

    You can make payments through FAST into your Citibank Credit Card completely hassle free. A FAST funds transfer can be made with a few simple clicks to transfer money from your Citibank Savings or Checking account to make your credit card bill payment.

    Find below the steps to make a FAST funds transfer:

    • Log into your Citibank Online account.
    • Choose the option, “Make a Transfer”.
    • Choose the option “Electronic Transfer payee”.
    • Choose FAST as your mode of transfer.

    You can now pull money from any of your other bank accounts and into your Citibank Savings or Checking account through Citibank Online. You can do this by skipping the hassle of logging into your other bank’s website. You can transfer your funds and make payments through Citibank Online.

    Find below the steps to pull money from another bank’s account and into your Citibank account

    • Log into your Citibank Online account.
    • Choose the option, “Make a Transfer”.
    • Choose your Citibank Savings or Checking account as your destination for the transfer.
    • Choose your external/other bank account as your sending account.
    • Select the FAST option.

    Note the following:

    • To setup your drawee you will need to fill up an online application form called “Direct Debit Authorization for Payment of Citibank MasterCard/Visa/American Express Account(s)”.
    • This application form is available on the Payments and Transfers web page of the official Citibank Singapore website. You will need to take a print out of this form, fill in the necessary details and then mail it to the address printed on the form.
    • Upon setting up your drawee, you can even start making your Citibank Credit Card bill payments through SMS.

    Citibank SMS Pay - Using Citibank SMS Pay you can make your Citibank Credit Card bill payment by sending SMS. SMS Pay is best suited to make payments from a non-Citibank bank account.

    Find below the steps to use Citibank SMS Pay – Onetime setup process:

    • You have to download the Citibank SMS Pay application form. This application form is available on the Citibank SMS Pay web page of the official Citibank Singapore website.
    • In this application form, you must mention which bank account you wish to use to pull funds to make payments on your Citibank Credit Card.
    • Accordingly, Citibank will start making deductions for Credit Card bill payments through SMS from the bank account you have nominated.
    • Upon completion of the application form, you must mail it to Citibank Singapore Limited to the address printed on the form.
    • Once you submit the form to the bank, it will take Citibank up to 1 week to acknowledge the receipt of your form through an email.
    • Until you receive an email with confirmation of the SMS Pay authorization, you will need to continue making payments on your credit card bills by cash or cheque.
    • The instructions to follow when making your bill payments via SMS Pay is available on the Citibank SMS Pay web page of the official Citibank Singapore website.

    Online Banking - With Citibank Online Banking, you need to spend only limited time on your banking needs. Online Banking is available 24/7 across the world.

    Find below the registration process for Online Banking:

    • You must provide the following details to register:
      • Your Credit Card Number – 16 digits.
      • The CVV Number on your Credit Card.
      • Your Date of Birth.
    • Once you provide the aforementioned details, you will be asked for an OTP or One Time Password through an SMS or an OSD token. You have to then enter this OTP on the screen.
    • Once the validation of your account is successful, you will have to choose a User ID, Password and Re-confirm your Password.

    Note – All other levels from your account summary will require you to enter an OTP to move forward.
