The bank stores your credit card electronic statements for five years, starting from the time you sign up for this service. So, if you have lost the statement for any particular month, you can find it easily in UOB’s archives.
UOB doesn’t deliver physical statements once you have signed up for the digital statement service. However, if you change your mind and would like to receive physical statements, you will have to cancel your electronic statement subscription. You can cancel this subscription by logging in to your personal internet banking.
