Q. What is the eligibility criteria of this policy?

A. To buy this policy, you must either be a Singaporean or a Permanent Resident of Singapore with a valid NRIC. You must also be between 15 days old and 70 years of age.

Q. How do I pay the premiums?

A. You can pay the premiums online, over the phone, or visit the office to pay using credit/debit card, cash, or cheque.

Q. When will I get my policy documents?

A. Once the transaction is complete, you will get the policy documents via email only for a single trip plan. However, if you choose an annual trip plan, you can go paperless and get a discount if you choose to get the documents via email or you can have them mailed to your address.

Q. If I cancel my policy, will I get a refund?

A. If you cancel your single trip plan before your trip starts, you will get a full refund. If you cancel the annual trip plan within the cooling-off period, you will get a full refund without any cancellation fees. But, if you cancel the same plan after the cooling-off period and policy start date, you will receive the refund on pro-rata basis along minus S$30 for cancellation fee.

Q. Can I pay the premiums in instalments?
