    The proMedico Plus Plan comes in 4 variants – Essential Plus, Economy Plus, Executive Plus

    • A special grant shall be in the unfortunate event when the insured individual passes away either upon or after hospitalization.
    • Prosthetic treatment is covered under this plan.
    • Get daily hospital cash allowance with the proMedico Plus Plan.
    • Dread Disease Recuperation Benefit is also part of this plan.

    Eligibility for Liberty Insurance

    Liberty Insurance proMedico & proMedico Plus

    1. Applicants aged between 18 to 64 years.
    2. Children aged between 15 days to 18 years. The policy is renewable if the child is pursuing higher education from an educational institution on a full time basis (not enrolled in national service on a full-time basis)
    3. Permanent citizens/residents of Singapore, Singapore Citizens, Student/employment Pass holders, individuals holding a Pass/work permit and are residing in Singapore on a permanent basis (refer to policy wordings for details).
    4. Singaporean citizens living in countries outside Singapore, excluding Canada, Japan and USA, on a permanent basis (refer to policy wordings for details).
    5. Individuals who have been living in USA/Canada/Japan on a permanent basis (more than 90 days) are not eligible for this plan.
    6. In case the proposal is made for a child, at least one parent must be included, and the choice of the plan must be equal to that taken by the parent.

    Liberty Insurance proMediCare

    1. Legal spouses and insured individuals below 65 years
    2. Unemployed and unmarried children aged between 15 days and 18 years.
    3. In case the proposal is made for a child, at least one parent must be included, and the choice of the plan must be equal to that taken by the parent.

    Liberty Insurance proMediCash

    1. Only Singaporeans and permanent residents of Singapore are eligible for this plan.
    2. In case of children, they must be between 6 months to 17 years of age. In case the child is enrolled with an educational institution for higher education on a full time basis, the age limit is extended up to 25 years.
    3. Maximum age for enrollment is 60 years and is renewable up to 69 years.
    4. In case the proposal is made for a child, at least one parent must be included, and the choice of the plan must be equal to that taken by the parent.
