How to Replace or Change pin for CIMB Credit Card?

If you own a CIMB credit card, you can change the PIN in a few easy steps.

  • If you’ve lost your PIN or wish to change your PIN, you will need to login with your credentials on CIMB Clicks and click on Settings and Card Services.
  • On the main page, you will find an option “Link Account”, that will throw up a drop box.
  • Click on the PIN Request/Change Option.
  • Enter your credit card details and you can successfully change your PIN.

Note: In the process of changing your credit card PIN, your Mobile Number will have to be registered with CIMB. You will receive a TAC notification on your registered mobile number to authenticate the PIN Change request.

How to change your Phone Number in CIMB?

If you wish to change your CIMB phone number, you will again, simply be required to login with your credentials on CIMB Clicks and follow some easy steps.

You will see a Device Activation/Deactivation Link. Click on that.

Key in the serial number details of your device – this can be found at the back of your device. Retrieve the TAC and enter the TAC to activate your mobile device.

Download the Service Request Form and inform CIMB about the change in your Mobile Number.

You can also visit the nearest CIMB branch and fill out a physical application form to change your mobile number with CIMB.
