    Reporting Lost/Stolen Credit Cards:

The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) dictates that customer liability on lost or stolen card is only up to S$100. What you need to do when you discover your credit card as having been stolen, misplaced or lost, is to call UOB immediately and report the lost card. The bank will block your card and prevent more transactions on it. If you suspect that the card has been stolen, inform the bank and report the theft to the police. However, this S$100 liability is revoked and full liability imposed if you are found to be party to the fraud, and the loss of card is due to your deceitfulness or negligence. So it would be wise for all customers to ensure safe and secure handling of the credit card, both physically and virtually.
