    SC Bank Credit Card Statement

Your credit card statement is probably one of the most important documents you receive every month. It provides you with a detailed description of the transactions that you have made in the last month and also specifies how much you owe your card issuer. In a world where everything is accessible at our fingertips thanks to technology, opting for printed credit card statements may not be the best course of action. Electronic statements provide all this information and reduce the time you spend waiting for your statement to arrive by post.

By opting to receive e-statements for your Standard Chartered credit card, you can view statements for up to 3 months from the date of subscription. Since your statement may take a day or two to be processed, you can even register for SMS or email notifications. This way you will be notified when your statement has been processed. By registering your email address, you can even have the e-statement sent to your designated email. All of these conveniences are provided at no cost at all. Standard Chartered credit card customers are automatically enrolled to receive e-statements.

    Opting for E-statement

If you haven’t been enrolled for this facility or are wondering how to access the same, the steps you need to follow are:

You then need to key in the time period for which you want to view the statement. You can download your online Statement so that you have a copy with you at all times.

This can be done by calling the 24-hour Client Contact Centre 1800 846 8000 for Priority Banking or 1800 747 7000 for Personal Banking.

Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from these alerts through Online Banking. The steps to follow are:

    • Log in to Online Banking and mouse over your profile. From the top navigation menu, select “Alerts and SMS Banking”.
    • An SMS confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number if you have successfully unsubscribed from the service.

    Opting for Hard Copy Statements

If you prefer receiving paper statements and not e-statements, then you can indicate this preference by calling the 24-hour Client Contact Centre or sending an SMS before the deadline provided in the notice or SMS sent to you regarding your automatic enrollment to receive e-statements.
