    Earning Rewards

    The SCB PruPrestige Visa Signature Card provides you with 1.5 Rewards Points for every S$1 charged to the card under the 360° Rewards Programme. The points earned will be rounded to the nearest whole number.

    Redeeming Earned Reward Points?

    You can redeem the Rewards Points earned for premium payments, product/service vouchers, and frequent flyer miles.

    Vouchers are like discount coupons for specific brands or products, and the frequent flyer programmes available are Asia Miles and KrisFlyer Miles (Singapore Airlines). The conversion rate from points to air miles is 5 Rewards Points = 2 miles. The transfer must be made in blocks of at least 2,500 Rewards Points. Besides, a transfer charge of S$25 shall be applicable.

    How Does the Concierge/Butler Service Work?

    This card offers the Visa Signature Concierge Service, available 24/7. They not only help you with making travel arrangements, but you can also use their services for shopping, reservations, and selecting or delivering gifts.

    Activating the Card for Overseas Expenses

    You must make your credit card’s magnetic stripe ready for transactions before using it overseas. This can be done in the following ways:

    • Through an SMS sent to 75722;
    • Through Standard Chartered’s mobile app (SC Mobile);
    • Through a dedicated activation page on SCB’s website.

    Instalment Payment Plans Available

    • 0% Interest Instalment Plan (IPP): This plan allows you divide your transactions into instalments at no interest. You can choose repayment periods of up to 3 years. You will not lose out on earning Rewards Points on purchases added to this facility. Moreover, you can sign-up for this plan at no additional cost. The IPP is applicable across several participating merchants in the country.
    • EasyPay: This facility allows you to divide your expensive purchases, travel expenses, or insurance premiums into fixed monthly instalments. You can choose a tenure of either 6 months or a year, and there is no interest charged for these tenures. However, the transaction value shouldn’t be less than S$500, and you must pay a one-time service charge of 5%. You can apply for this plan through Online Banking or Phone Banking.

    Cash Withdrawal on the Credit Card

    Lost/Stolen Cards

    If the credit card is lost or stolen, or you notice an unauthorised use, you need to report the incident to the bank immediately. If you inform the bank immediately if such an instance occurs, and help the bank recover the lost card or unauthorised charges, then you’re not liable to pay more than S$100 as per the guidelines of ABS. You will also have to submit a police report, along with any other information, as deemed necessary. Moreover, you shouldn’t be responsible in any manner for the loss, theft, or unauthorised usage of the card.

    How Much Is the Minimum Payment to Be Made on the Card?

    1% of the main spend amount + interest charges and other fees, or S$50

    At least 1% of the principal amount, as well as interest charges, fees, past due amounts and any over-limit amount has to be paid every month on all Standard Chartered cards. This is subject to a minimum of S$50.

    What Is the Grace Period?

    22 days

    A grace period of 22 days will be applicable on the card’s current bill. However, you can take advantage of this only if you have paid your previous dues fully. It will not be applicable for partial payment.

    How to Reset the PIN

    Hotline/online banking/ATM
