Redeem your TREATS points directly by doing any of the following:

TREATS Points can be converted to miles only if you’re an existing member of the respective airline frequent flyer miles programme. The conversion can be executed by:

Cash Withdrawal on the Credit Card
Up to a maximum of S$3,000 can be withdrawn per day from the ATM in local or foreign currencies, subject to the credit limit available on your card.

Report the incident to the bank without delay and ask for a replacement card by calling the bank’s 24-hour hotline.
Your liability for unauthorised transactions made on your card will be limited to S$100, provided:
It is proven that you weren’t complicit in the crime.
It is proven that you weren’t grossly negligent.
It is accepted that you didn’t fail to inform the bank of the incident within a reasonable period from the time of its occurrence.
If not, you may be held liable for all the authorised charges or an amount equivalent to your credit limit, whichever is lower.
The bank also reserves the right to terminate your account on discovery of any fraud.

What Is the Grace Period?
