    Maybank Horizon Visa Signature Card Accelerated TREATS Points Programme: The reward points earned comprises regular reward points and bonus reward points in the following ways:

    • 8 times TREATS Points on select dining, petrol, taxi rides and hotel bookings:
      • Earn 1 TREATS point per S$1 spent on all retail transactions.
      • Get an additional 7x bonus TREATS Points by meeting the minimum monthly spend criterion of S$300.
      • For every S$1 spent on eligible transactions: 8x TREATS Points = 3.2 air miles.
    • 5 times TREATS Points on select airfares, foreign currency transactions and travel packages:
      • Earn 1 TREATS point per S$1 spent on all retail transactions.

    Redeeming your Earned Rewards

    Maybank Frequent Flyer Programme

    You have the option to convert your TREATS Points to: KrisFlyer miles, Asia Miles, AirAsia BIG Points.

    • Only existing members of the frequent flyer programme of the respective airline to which TREATS Points can be converted, should apply.
    • Log into Maybank online banking and to the ‘Maybank TREATS Points Rewards Portal’ using your principal credit card number and your birth date.
    • Fill up the Redemption Form and send it to the bank through snail mail or fax.
    • S$25 is charged per conversion of points to miles. The conversion fee for AirAsia BIG Points is waived until 31 December 2018.

    Activating the Card for Overseas Expenses

    Yes. As a security measure, the magnetic stripe on your credit card is deactivated. If you wish to use your card for POS transactions overseas, activate the magnetic stripe in any one of the following ways:

    • Through online banking.
    • Through phone banking.
    • Any Maybank branch in Singapore.

    Instalment Payment Plans Available

    Choose from the following instalment payment plans and enjoy 0% interest rate on your payments:

    • 0% Instalment Payment Plan:
      • Convert purchases of S$500 or more into monthly instalments.
      • This plan can be activated on purchases made from more than 1,500 participating merchants.
      • Tenures available are 6, 12, 24 and 36 months.
      • No interest is charged if instalment payments are made in full.
    • FlexiPay:
      • Convert purchases of S$300 or more into affordable monthly instalments.
      • Tenures available are 6, 12 or 24 months.
      • This plan can be activated even at merchants that do not accept card payments.
      • No interest will be charged for instalment payments made in full.

    Note: Purchases converted to instalment payment plans will not earn TREATS Points.

    Cash Withdrawal on the Credit Card

    • In Singapore, the limit for cash withdrawal through ATMs is S$500 or equivalent. You will receive a notification about the total amount withdrawn in a particular day.
    • Outside Singapore, up to S$3,000 or its equivalent can be withdrawn in a day.
    • Withdrawal limit can be temporarily increased to S$10,000 a day for a maximum of 3 days using SpeedLink.

    Lost/Stolen cards

    • Report the incident to the bank without unnecessary .
    • File a report to the police and submit a copy of the same to the bank.
    • Submit a statutory declaration in the prescribed format to the bank, if asked to.
    • Your liability for unauthorised transactions charged to your card will be limited to S$100, provided:
      • It is proven that the incident didn’t result from your gross negligence.
      • It is proven that you weren’t complicit in the fraud.
      • You were compliant with the statutory regulations before, during, and after the incident.
      • You reported the incident to the bank within a reasonable period of its occurrence.
    • Upon investigating the incident, the bank may choose to waive your S$100 liability based on its discretion.
    • No interest charges or late payment fees will be imposed at the time of the investigations conducted by the bank.

    How Much Is the Minimum Payment to Be Made on the Card?

    S$20 or 3% of the unsettled balance

    The minimum payment amount is 3% of the unsettled balance on the card statement or S$20, the greater among the two. Also, you will also have to pay the entire outstanding amount from previous statements.

    What Is the Grace Period?

    20 days

    For 20 days from the statement date, no interest will be charged on your transactions. However, this interest-free period will be given only if all your pending bills are completely paid off.
