    Lost/Stolen Cards

    You must call the bank’s 24-hour hotline to report the incident. There are a few things you must know, if your card is lost or stolen:

    • In case of unauthorised use of the card, your liability will be limited to S$100.
    • You will have to prove that you took every possible step to ensure the safety of your card.
    • There will be no interest charge or late fee for the period when Maybank is investigating your case.
    Do not give out any credit card details to telecallers, even if they claim to be from the bank. Such information should be kept confidential to avoid fraudulent activities on the card. In case your details are compromised, block the card immediately.
