To make the card ready for transactions outside Singapore, you can use any one of the following ways:

    Cash Withdrawn on credit Card

You can withdraw up to S$3,000 in a day from a DBS/POSB ATM. There is no minimum limit on cash advance withdrawal and it is linked to your available credit.

    Lost/Stolen Cards

The first thing you ought to do is to inform the bank about the theft/loss. If your card was stolen or lost, you have a liability limited to S$100 only in the following cases:

    • You have informed the bank promptly about the theft/loss.
    • You help the bank in looking for it.
    • You present a copy of the police report.
    • The bank believes that the loss/theft was not due to your fault or negligence.

In case the bank finds you guilty in misuse of the card, then you could be held responsible for the fraud and legal proceedings may be taken against you.

Whether you are looking to accumulate miles for your next tour or save big on fuel in Singapore, you can get more information on cards with reference to their privileges, on our website.
