    Earning Rewards

    • DBS Points will be awarded to the principal cardholder’s account on retail purchases on a per transaction basis. It will be rounded up to the nearest whole number for ease of calculation.
    • You’ll earn additional 2x DBS Points when making transactions at Visa payWave terminals in Singapore alone.
    • To convert your reward points to air miles, you’ll have to enrol for the frequent flyer mile programme. You can enrol for the KrisFlyer Miles programme, Asia Miles programme, or the BIG Points programme. An administrative fee of S$26.75 will be charged to your card for the purpose.
    • DBS Points and DBS redemption vouchers can’t be exchanged against cash.

    Let us assume that you’re spending S$1,200 on your card every month. Of this, you’re charging S$700 to your card at Visa payWave terminals in Singapore and you’re spending S$500 on all other purchases.

    Redeeming your Earned Reward Points

    • In order to redeem your DBS Points, simply visit the dedicated rewards page on the bank’s website. You’ll have to enter your 16-digit credit card number and NRIC details/passport details to login and complete the process.
    • You can also redeem your points through the DBS Rewards app.
    • If you’re an iBanking customer, you can login to your online account and redeem your points.
    • You may also redeem your points by calling the bank’s 24-hour customer support hotline.
    • You can convert your DBS Points to miles through the rewards programme page on the bank’s website or by calling the dedicated number.

    Once you redeem your points, you can expect to receive your vouchers within seven working days. The DBS Points earned on your card will expire if you don’t use them within one year from the quarterly period in which they were earned.

    You can convert your DBS Points to KrisFlyer/Asia Miles at the rate of one DBS Points for two miles. You can convert your accumulated points to miles only in blocks of 10,000 miles.

    One DBS point is, however, equal to three AirAsia BIG points. Conversions are accepted in blocks of 1,500 BIG points.

    Activating the Card for Overseas Expenses

    You can enable your card for overseas use by:

    • Sending an SMS to the number specified by the bank.
    • Using POSB or DBS ATM.
    • Using your iBanking account.
    • Using digibank services offered by DBS.

    Instalment Payment Plans Available

    The My Preferred Payment Plan is an interest-free instalment plan which you get with this card.

    You can choose any one of the 3-, 6- and 12-month tenures available with this card. You’ll have to spend a minimum of S$100 in a single transaction on qualifying spend to be eligible for this plan. Plans beyond 12 months would attract interest rates.

    You can combine up to 10 transactions for enjoying the benefits of this plan. If you conduct a transaction in foreign currencies, the amount will be converted to Singapore dollars at the prevailing rate determined by DBS before being considered and processed under the plan.

    If you opt for early redemption, an administrative charge of S$150 will be levied by the bank.

    Cash Withdrawal on the Credit Card

    The withdrawal limit on your card is linked to your credit availability. The daily cash withdrawal limit from a DBS or POSB ATM is S$3,000 by default. There is no restriction on the minimum amount that can be withdrawn.

    Lost/Stolen Cards
