    Instalment Payment Plans

    Citibank’s 0% Equal Payment Plan (EPP) helps you to spread out your transactions into up to 2 years, during which period you can repay the amount without any interest as instalments. You can avail this scheme at over 1,000 participating outlets. If you are not able to pay the EPP instalments or delay the payment in any month, interest rate as per your card’s rate will be levied on the overdue amount. You will lose out on getting Citi Reward Points on the transactions if you transfer it to the EPP scheme.

    If you use your card on foreign websites or outside Singapore, you will have to pay an administrative fee of 2.5% – 1.5% for Citibank and 1% for Visa – if you are paying in a foreign currency, and a dynamic currency conversion fee of 1% for purchases made overseas using Singapore dollar.

    Cash Withdrawals:

    You can withdraw cash from your credit card if you are in urgent need of money. This will be a cash advance similar to a personal loan, except that there is no approval time or extra credit report check needed. The cash can be withdrawn from any Citibank or Visa-supported ATM across the world. You can withdraw up to 100% of your available credit limit. Another option is to apply for , which can be applied for and approved within an hour if all the documents are given correctly. The minimum loan amount under this plan is S$1,000.     Reporting Lost/Stolen Credit Cards

    When you find that you have lost or misplaced your credit card, or if the card has been stolen from you, immediately call the phone banking or customer care service of Citibank and report the loss. The bank will block your card and prevent further expenses on the card. If the card is stolen, please also register a police complaint and take the necessary legal measures.
