How to Enable/Disable Auto Debit & Standing Instructions
Fill and Submit Form to Bank
To enable auto debit/standing instruction, fill and submit the ‘Auto Debit and Interbank GIRO Authorisation Form:
Submit via snail mail.
Visit any bank branch and submit in person.
Processing will take 4-6 weeks.
After processing, payments will be deducted 2 working days before your payment due date.
Standing instruction can be withdrawn at least one week prior to a scheduled auto debit.
Your standing instruction will continue to stay in effect unless you provide alternative instruction to the bank or the bank is intimated of your death, bankruptcy, liquidation, etc.
