    CIMB Credit Card Statement

    Credit card statements provide you with all the relevant information that you might want to know about your credit card purchases, repayments, billing periods, rewards or cashback accumulations, and much more. An e-statement is the digital rendition of the card statement.

    CIMB provides digital statements to its customers/cardholders through CIMB Clicks Internet Banking. CIMB provides this service free of charge and the e-statements would be available for 12 months, commencing from the time you opted for the feature. Moreover, it can be downloaded any time for self-reference.

    CIMB Clicks

    You can use Clicks to view your previous, present, and outstanding card transactions at any given point. To make use of this feature you must follow these steps:

    • At the time of card application, you can opt for CIMB Clicks, and an activation code would be mailed to you. You can alternately visit one of the CIMB branches or get it mailed, by requesting the bank.
    • Once you receive the activation code, login for the first time at under ‘Internet Banking’.
    • Next, you must create your CIMB Clicks ID and password, and you’re good to go.

    Opting for E-statement

    To opt for a digital statement, you must follow the following steps:

    • Navigate to the menu on the left side, click on E-Statement, followed by selecting (Credit Cards) ‘View Statement’ Setting.
    • Next, you must choose the option on the right, i.e. ‘Sign Up for E-Statement’ to enter your updated email ID in the ‘Email Address for E-Statement Readiness’ field.
    • To conclude, you must click ‘Submit’.

    Viewing Digital Statement

    Upon enrolling for the service, you can use CIMB Clicks to view e-statements from the subsequent statement cycle. An email notification of your statement would be emailed to you. The feature also allows you to view previous credit card transactions in ‘Account Enquiry’.

    Opting for hard copy statements

    With CIMB you can request for paper statements before choosing digital statement as an option. You can call the CIMB Credit Card Customer Service at (65) 6333 6666, requesting for the paper statements. It is a 24-hour hotline number, and a fee of S$5 would be levied on each monthly statement. However, statements that date back to 3 months come with a fee of S$10. You won’t receive the paper statements once you have opted for the digital statement, but you can always revert back to the hard copy statements, at any point in time
