CPF Withdrawal Statistics

Withdrawals by CPF members under different schemes has seen a steady increase over the last 6 years. The increase is mainly due to 2 reasons:

  1. More number of people attaining withdrawal age from the time the schemes began;
  2. Higher amount of deposits due to higher salaries over the years.

Let us look at the statistics under 5 key subheadings in chart form. The number available are up to June 2016 only.

The number of withdrawals under Section 15 and 25 of the CPF Act, i.e. Withdrawal at Age 55 and above, and Withdrawals on other grounds, is as given in the table below:
