Please note that all below-mentioned information is applicable to CPF members as well as employers.

CPF Call Centre:

There are 2 ways to contact the CPF Call Centre - “SMS Call Back Service” and direct phone call to CPF:

  • Direct phone call - You can make local toll-free calls and paid calls from other countries between 8:00 am to 5:30 pm between Mondays and Fridays on the numbers provided below if you have any general doubts:
    • For local calls: 1800-227-1188
    • For overseas calls: +65-6227-1188
  • SMS Call Back Service - You can send an SMS to avoid staying on telephonic queue and receive a return call from the CPF within 2 business days. Send a message to 9424 2767* in the following format: CPFCCcontact numbername. You can scan the QR Code on the CPF website https://www.cpf.gov.sg/Members/Contact/call-us to send the SMS directly. Standard charges will be applicable.

CPF E-Submission:

Here are the numbers to contact the CPF regarding any e-submission doubts or queries:

  • For local calls: 6220-2340
  • For overseas calls: +65-6220-2340

This phone service is available between Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Feedback to Quality Service Manager:

If you wish to offer your feedback to the Quality Service Manager, you can do so locally or when overseas by contacting CPF on the following numbers:

  • For local calls: 1800-226-3866
  • For overseas calls: +62-6226-3866

This phone service is available between Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Feedback to CPF

You can provide your feedback to CPF through the following channels:

  • You can also provide your feedback online through “my cpf Online Services” at <https://www.cpf.gov.sg/esvc/web/feedbacksubscription/index>.

Official visits

Here is a quick walk-through to visiting the CPF Centres:

  • It is preferable to take an appointment at least 1 day prior to your visit.
  • The CPF offices are open between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, from Mondays to Fridays, and between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
  • Walk-in customers can come in up to 4:00 pm on weekdays and 11:30 am on Saturdays.
  • Tickets will be issued to you when you walk in, and you’ll be able to meet CPF officials as the queue progresses.
  • Although the board strives to address your concerns within 15 minutes of your appointment time, the average waiting time for an appointment during peak time is 2 hours.

If you wish to avoid the peak-time rush, it is advisable to not visit the CPF Centres on the following days:

  • On Mondays and Saturdays
  • On the 10th and 14th of the month.
  • The day following a public holiday.

Parking facilities:

  • There is no parking facility for CPF Service Centres at Tampines, Bishan and Jurong. You will have to find a parking space in nearby buildings.
  • There is parking facility available at the CPF Maxwell Service Centre where you can park within The URA Centre (East Wing).
  • Parking facility is also available at the CPF Woodlands Service Centre where you can park within Woodlands Civic Centre.

Division of Matrimonial Assets (DMA)

For any court orders pertaining to the Division of Matrimonial Assets (DMA), they will personally be served at the CPF Retirement Withdrawals Department address at:

  • 238A Thomson Road, #16-00 Tower A Novena Square, Singapore 307684.
  • This working hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm on Mondays to Fridays.
  • In the event that the working day falls on the eve of Chinese New Year, Christmas or New Year’s Day, the office will close at 12:00 pm.
