The last queue ticket time for walk-in appointments at these centres is 4pm from Monday to Friday and 11:30am on Saturday. Avoid Mondays and Saturdays, days after public holidays and dates between the 10th and 14th of every month, as they are peak periods and you will have to contend with a crowd.

CPF also informs us that there is no parking space available at CPF Bishan, Jurong and Tampines offices, and you’ll have to park your vehicles in nearby buildings.

This includes meeting Customer Service Executives to solve your doubts about various CPF accounts, schemes and status of applications. You should make an appointment at least 1 day in advance if you don’t want to wait for long hours at the offices. The average wait time with an appointment is 15 minutes and that without an appointment time is 2 hours.


This is a service that helps members who are turning 55 years old in a particular year. Since several changes occur in the CPF contribution and allocation from the age of 55, this service is intended to make the transition smooth and understandable to the members.

Are You Ready:

This service is aimed at helping members understand how their CPF savings grow and can be used at different stages of life. It also provides financial insights, helps members with finance management, investment advice, and better retirement planning. You can also use this service through the Are You Ready website.
