    • If a claim is made in a particular policy year then the NCD Protector can save 50% of your NCD. However, you will have to pay additional premium for that.
    • You may choose to insure all the accessories of your car against any theft or accident, up to an amount of $5,000. This will not affect your Own Damage Excess and NCD.

    Claims:

    In the event of an accident, you must follow the steps mentioned below.

    • Step 1 - Exchange information of the parties involved in the event like name, phone number, insurance company and address. Note down the registration numbers of the vehicles.
    • Step 2 - You must call on the hotline number of AXA for further assistance or a tow truck, if necessary.
    • Step 3 - Get your damaged vehicle to one of the workshops of AXA within the next working day or 24 hours.
    • Step 4 - Lodge a complaint with the police in the following events:
      • Injury of an individual.
      • Damage to Government property or Government Vehicle. (Non-injury)
      • Damage caused to foreign vehicle. (Non-injury)
      • Accident involving a cyclist or pedestrian. (Non-injury)
      • Accidents outside Singapore.
