    Interest Rates

    The interest rate per annum on Citibank Credit Cards is 26% p.a. This interest is levied on a compounding basis on your outstanding credit card balance. Every month, you will be required to make a minimum payment of 3% of your total outstanding balance by the due date. If your monthly payment isn’t made before the due date, penalty charges will accordingly be levied. The interest of 26% p.a. is on purchases made using your Citibank Credit Card.

    Cash advances also attract an interest charge along with a cash advance handling charge. The interest on cash advances is 26.9% p.a., again, levied at a compounding rate of interest on an everyday basis. Also, a cash advance handling charge of 6% of the amount withdrawn using your credit card will be levied.

    How to apply for the Citibank Grocery Credit Cards?

    If you wish to apply for the Citibank Grocery Credit Cards, all you have to do is visit the Citibank SIngapore website and place an online request for the credit card of your choice by filling out the online application form.

    You will also need to upload your supporting documents – your proof of identity, proof of income, and proof of residence. Once that’s done, an executive from the bank will get in touch with you and help you complete the remainder of your application.

    The bank will review your application against various parameters, most importantly your credit history and your credit score. If your credit profile meets the bank’s internal credit norms, your application will be approved.

    Once your application is approved, the bank will dispatch your credit card and you can expect to receive your credit card in about 7 to 10 business days.

    How to Cancel a Grocery Credit Card

    If you wish to cancel a grocery credit card, you will need to contact the bank’s hotline number and inform the bank about your intention to cancel your card.

    Reporting a lost/stolen Credit Card

    Lost or stolen cards can be reported to the bank by contacting the DBS credit card hotline Number. Customers are required to provide details of their card including the card number, the pin, etc. and information on the most recent transactions performed by them using their card. The bank will subsequently block the card from future transactions. Customers are also expected to provide written confirmation of the loss/theft of their card.
