    Bank of China is currently offering 15 different credit cards in Singapore. You can earn cashback/rebate, BOC Points, or air miles whenever you use these cards to make purchases and payments. How you earn the rebates and miles is based on the card category. BOC also offers co-branded and affinity cards that provide superior benefits, especially with participating merchants. For instance, with the BOC Zaobao Credit Card, you can get cash rebates on your Zaobao and SPH newspaper subscriptions.

    BOC Family Card: Best for Dining and Grocery Shopping

    • A cash rebate of 10% on dining both in Singapore as well as abroad.
    • 5% cash rebate on online purchases.

    Use this card for your daily household expenses that include watching movies, paying hospital and telephone bills, eating out, and get up to 5% rebate. You have to spend at least S$700 a month to enjoy these higher rebates. The cash rebate is capped at S$1,440 per year, with individual category caps as well. The 10% rebate on dining and movies is restricted to S$30 per month, the 5% online purchases rebate is limited to S$30 per month, and the 5% rebate on other categories along with the 0.3% rebate on general spends is capped at S$40 per month. You will also get a 2% cash rebate on retail spens made using the supplementary card.     BOC Zaobao Credit Card: Best for Petrol Purchases

    BOC Sheng Siong Card: Best for Grocery Shopping

    • Get a cash rebate of 7% at Sheng Siong without a minimum spend requirement. The rebate is however capped at S$70 per statement cycle.

    The BOC Sheng Siong Card is a co-branded grocery card that offers cash rebates on many other things apart from groceries. For instance, you will get a cash rebate of 5% on Grab rides throughout Singapore. However, there is a cap S$20 on each billing cycle and you will have to spend at least S$400 each month to get the cashback. For all other purchases, you will get a cash rebate of 0.3% with no cap and no minimum spend requirement.

    This card has a nominal annual fee of S$30 which is waived for the first year. This card is meant for those who regularly shop at Sheng Siong as you will save a lot each month on your groceries shopping.
