Currently, BOC offers around 10 credit cards i.e. Bank Of China Family Card, BOC First Card, BOC Travel Card, BOC World Mastercard and more to its patrons, each with a different set of benefits. Any issues or queries arising with these cards are addressed by the BOC Card Centre, a special cell dedicated to help cardholder access excellent customer service.
Bank of China has one consolidated Card Centre that deals with all credit card related queries. As such, it does not have separate card-wise hotline numbers.

The Card Centre is operational Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. The email, fax and hotline numbers, are however accessible 24x7.
To apply for a BOC credit cards, applicants can go the bank’s website and download the application form for the credit card they want.
They can then submit the filled-in application along with all the requisite documents at any of the bank’s branches to apply for the card.
Bank of China credit cards can be activated for Overseas use by following the steps below:
For deactivation after travel, cardmembers need to follow all the steps listed above till step 6, and then Press “3” to deactivate credit card for any further overseas transactions.
Loss/Theft of a BOC credit card: Cardmembers can call the credit card hotline number at 1800-338-5335 any time of the day to report the loss/theft of their credit card immediately.
Bill Disputes: Cardmembers can register any disputes arising out of bill charges on their card by contacting the credit card customer service numbers mentioned above.
